You read that right. And believe me, you'll thank me for my honesty. I used to believe that I could help people too and that made for a very stressful profession and personal scrutiny of my soul. Will I promise you anything for $$$?
I tried to believe that I could help you get fit. That's what I was taught as a fitness professional. So if I learned muscles, and bodily processes and tons of different ways to challenge the body, well you get the picture, then I would be in a position to help you get fit.
I don't think I'm up for the job and I don't think that I'm trained appropriately for this job, and I'm not sure the goals of this job can be realistically attained with any degree of certainty or consistently.
To tell the truth, none of these tactics have worked for me. Despite my best efforts at control, my weight goes up and down of its own accord. And I'm supposed to know how to help you control your weight? Hmm, don't think so.
So, I'm a fitness professional and I don't want to help you lose weight. So what am I good for? How about, having a good time. I'm a fitness professional and I can share my workout with you while I have a good time. And yes, it's about me first, of course. Would you have me neglect my own self for you and your needs? That doesn't sound healthy to me. But I noticed that when I am having a wonderful time working out, those who share the workout with me do too.
Of course, I still can be bought for the right price. So don't hesitate to contact me for all your fitness needs, even though all I'm selling is a good time will be had by all.
