New ideas


I don't know about you, but I am constantly creating new exercises, like ten a day, more or less. Maybe I'm just prolific like Stephen King or Danielle Steele. It's just that my body wants to move and my spirit responds and we dance, stretch, reach, bend, roll, balance, float, spin, well I'm sure you get the idea. Wondering if you have come up with some great ideas for new fitness formats. Here's some of mine -

Tai Chi for Health and Wellness
Rhythm Walking
Virtual Fitness Wii FAB (For Absolute Beginners)
CardioBall FAB
Pilates FAB

There couldn't be a better time for new ideas in this industry. There couldn't be a better time for becoming a group fitness instructor than now. New energy is needed so who will answer the call?
